more prestigious suites, Egerton House has something unique to
offer your business. All our offices (with exception of the G1 Suite),
are also available on a license agreement, which means you have
greater flexibility on how long you wish to stay with us and most
are on 'easy in easy out' terms.
There are no hidden extra charges either.
Our accommodation costs are comprehensive and simple,
so you know where you stand.

Our service charge covers the following:

• 365 days a year staffed security
• Reception services
• Building maintenance
• Cleaning of communal areas
• Waste disposal
• Water rates
All rents are normally reviewed annually and the company policy
is to minimise the need for increases wherever possible.
