Paula Basnett

Paula has overall responsibility for the management and running of the business, and ensures all our customers receive the very best service and attention at all times. Paula is also responsible for developing the business and its enterprise work.

Adrian Marchbank Facilities Manager

Adrian has been with Egerton House for 16 years so there is not much about our building he doesn't know about! Adrian is responsible for making sure the building remains in pristine condition, oversees all our contract work and repairs, and also looks after all our licensees' practical needs on a day to day basis. He also deputises for Paula

Debbie Davies Customer Services Assistant

Debbie looks after all our current and prospective customers and deals with any accommodation enquiries. She also looks after the catering side of the business alongside Adrian.

Sandra Brown Receptionist

Sandra makes sure all our customers and their guests receive a warm welcome! Sandra also looks after our credit functions as well as looking after our customers' needs on a day to day basis.
