Egerton House is a visually stunning and beautifully restored former trade warehouse situated on the south quay of Egerton Dock, on the eastern side of the Wirral Peninsula.

Steeped in maritime history, this unique building is the only one of its kind remaining on the docklands today. It stands as a prominent feature of the Wirral docklands area and is arguably Wirral's most unique business location.
